These Terms govern your use of KarmaBees and the Products & Services, features, apps, services, technologies and software that we offer (the KarmaBees Products & Services), except where we expressly state that separate Terms (and not these) apply.
We consider good deed an act anybody has done to help other/s by any means including physical, monetary, psychological, and emotionally. The purpose of such act is to improve, support or save somebody's life. Though such definition can be changed from time to time at the discretion of KarmaBees.com.

We use the data we have – for example, about the connections you make, the choices and settings you select, and what you share and do on and off our Products & Services – to personalise your experience.
Connect you with people and organisations that you care about :
We help you find and connect with people, groups, organisations and others that matter to you across the KarmaBees Products & Services you use. We use the data that we have to make suggestions for you and others – for example, groups to join, events to attend, Pages/people to follow or send a message to, shows to watch and people who you may want to become friends with. Stronger ties make for better communities, and we believe that our services are most useful when people are connected to people, groups and organisations that they care about.
Empower you to express yourself and communicate about what matters to you :
There are many ways to express yourself on KarmaBees and to communicate with friends, family and others about what matters to you – for example, sharing status updates, photos, videos and stories across the KarmaBees Products & Services that you use, sending messages to a friend or several people, creating events or groups, or adding content to your profile. We have also developed, and continue to explore, new ways for people to use technology.
You, as provider of content in respect of any comment photograph audio or visual content shall be solely responsible for all consequences if such content photograph audio and visual content seems to be defamatory or/and derogatory in nature.
We assume no responsibility or liability for such defamatory or/and derogatory materials posted by you on the website.
You are advised not to publish post or make any defamatory or/and derogatory comments in any form in respect of either the website or any user of the website. In case, any such material is published or/and posted you shall be solely responsible for all the consequences including Legal costs and charges and damages that may be awarded by court of Law in respect of any defamatory or/and derogatory post/content.
We reserve the right to remove any post irrespective of fact, whether any complaint is received from the concerned person or not, if such material/post/content is deemed to be defamatory or/and derogatory in nature.
We will publish the post/comment posted by you if we feel that such post/content is suitable for discerning adult viewership. However, such publication shall not be conclusive proof of the post/content being harmless or non-defamatory.

Our partners pay us to show their content to you, and we design our services so that the sponsored content you see is as relevant and useful to you as everything else that you see on our Products & Services.
Combat harmful conduct, and protect and support our community :
People will only build community on KarmaBees if they feel safe. We employ dedicated teams around the world and develop advanced technical systems to detect misuse of our Products & Services, harmful conduct towards others and situations where we may be able to help support or protect our community. If we learn of content or conduct like this, we will take appropriate action – for example, offering help, removing content, blocking access to certain features, disabling an account, stopping fraud & spams or contacting law enforcement. All liabilities and consequences shall be on your account should you misuse the products/post/content which is derogatory or/and defamatory in any nature to any race, caste, creed, religion, sex or place of birth of any individual or should be a body incorporate or society etc.
Use and develop advanced technologies to provide safe and functional services for everyone :
We use and develop advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning systems and augmented reality so that people can use our Products & Services safely regardless of physical ability or geographic location.

To operate our global service, we need to store and distribute content and data in our data centres and systems around the world, including outside your country of residence. This infrastructure may be operated or controlled by KarmaBees in India.

When people stand behind their opinions and actions, our community is safer and more accountable. For this reason, you must:
Use the same name that you use in everyday life.
Provide accurate information about yourself.
Create only one account (your own).
Not share your password, give access to your KarmaBees account to others or transfer your account to anyone else (without our permission).
We try to make KarmaBees broadly available to everyone, but you can not use KarmaBees if:
You are under 18 years old.
We've previously disabled your account for breaches of our Terms or Policies.
You are prohibited from receiving our Products & Services, services or software under applicable laws.
2. What you can share and do on KarmaBees
We want people to use KarmaBees to express themselves about the good deeds and to share content that is important to them, but not at the expense of the safety and well-being of others or the integrity of our community. You therefore agree not to engage in the conduct described below (or to facilitate or support others in doing so) :

You may not use our Products & Services to do or share anything whether knowingly or unknowingly,
That breaches these terms, our community standards and other Terms and Policies that apply to your use of KarmaBees.
That is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent.
That infringes or breaches someone else's rights.

You may not upload viruses or malicious code, or do anything that could disable, overburden or impair the proper working or appearance of our Products & Services.

You may not access or collect data from our Products & Services using automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data that you do not have permission to access.
We reserve our right, provided always that such right can be immediately exercised to remove content that you share in breach of these provisions and, if applicable, we may take action against your account, for the reasons described below. We may also disable your account if you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights and spreading rumours, fake events/news, causing fraud or spam.
Where appropriate, we will take steps to notify you when we remove your content for breaching our standards. We may not be able to provide notice in all cases, for example if we are prohibited from doing so by law or where it might harm our community or the integrity of our Products & Services.
To help support our community, we encourage you to report content or conduct that you believe breaches your rights (including intellectual property rights) or our Terms and Policies.
3. The permissions you give us
We need certain permissions from you to provide our services :

Permission to use content that you create and share :
Subject to your content not being hit by plagiarism and being original. You own the content, stories, information that you create and share on KarmaBees and the other KarmaBees Products & Services you use, and nothing in these Terms takes away the rights that you have to your own content. You are free to share your content with anyone else, wherever you want. To provide our services, however, we need you to give us some legal permissions to use this content.
Specifically, when you share, post or upload content, including Photos, Audio & Video that is covered by intellectual property rights (e.g. photos or videos) on or in connection with our Products & Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free and worldwide licence to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings). This means, for example, that if you share a photo or Video on KarmaBees, you give us permission to store, copy and share it with others (again, consistent with your settings) such as service providers that support our service or other KarmaBees Products & Services that you use.
You can end this licence at any time by deleting your content or account. You should know that, for technical reasons, any content that you delete may persist for a limited period of time in backup copies (though it will not be visible to other users). In addition, content that you delete may continue to appear if you have shared it with others and they have not deleted it.
2.
Permission to use your name, profile picture and information about your actions with ads and sponsored content :
You give us permission to use your name and profile picture and information about actions that you have taken on KarmaBees next to or in connection with ads, offers and other sponsored content that we display across our Products & Services, without any compensation to you. For example, we may show your friends that you are interested in an advertised event or have liked a Page created by a brand that has paid us to display its ads on KarmaBees. Ads like this can be seen only by people who have your permission to see the actions that you've taken on KarmaBees.
3.
Permission to share our assessment/views about your posting :
You give us permission to write, post and share our views/reviews, recommendations, assessments about you for the good or bad deeds you have done on
KarmaBees.com and other social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and others). Such assessments/ reviews/ recommendations are based on stories posted on
KarmaBees.com by you or information shared by others with proper evidences. You allow us to post/share/inform others about any scam/fraud/misconduct you have done or planning to do which we found out or informed by others with proper evidence, which may cause displeasure, accusation, defamation, personal claim or any kind of legal action against you. Such misconduct includes deceiving, lying, misleading, dishonest, tricking with shared/posted story/evidence/witness details or shared audios, photos, pictures on
KarmaBees.com.
4.
Permission to update software that you use or download :
If you download or use our software, you give us permission to download and install upgrades, updates and additional features to improve, enhance and further develop it.
4. Limits on using our intellectual property
If you use content covered by intellectual property rights that we have and make available in our Products & Services (for example, images, designs, videos or sounds that we provide, which you add to content you create or share on KarmaBees), we retain all rights to that content (but not yours). You can only use our copyrights or trademarks (or any similar marks) as expressly permitted by KarmaBees or with our prior written permission. You must obtain our written permission (or permission under an open source licence) to modify, create derivative works of, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract source code from us.
Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, the Prohibitions of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1998, and Income Tax Act 1961 compliance:
KarmaBees.com complies with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002, the Prohibitions of Benami Property Transactions Act 1998, and Income Tax Act of India. It’s every member’s responsibility to ensure they are not involved in any kind of illegal, antisocial and in-human activities for own or anyone else advantage or disadvantage. In complying with the prevailing laws, we may ask for your personal identification documents to prove your identity to support any monetary transaction, safeguard KarmaBees.com Policies, Terms & Conditions or as per the instruction of the legal, tax and bank authority. Users also agree and undertake that he /she will not open any account in the name of any minor or any other person’s name.

Force Majeure:
If performance under these Terms by KarmaBees.com is prevented, restricted, delayed or interfered with by reason of labor disputes, strikes, acts of God, floods, lightning, severe weather, shortages of materials, rationing, inducement of any virus, Trojan or other disruptive mechanisms, any event of hacking or illegal usage of the platform, utility or communication failures, earthquakes, war, revolution, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, acts of public enemies, blockade, embargo or any law, order, proclamation, regulation, ordinance, demand or requirement having legal effect of any government or any judicial authority or representative of any such government, or any other act whatsoever, whether similar or dissimilar to those referred to in this clause, which are beyond the reasonable control of the KarmaBees.com and could not have been prevented by reasonable precautions then the KarmaBees.com shall in to be excused and discharged from such performance to the extent of and during the period of such force majeure event, and such non-performance shall, in no manner whosoever, amount to a breach by the KarmaBees.com of its obligations herein.
Electronic Communication and Transaction Risks:
Online system has been designed to provide an efficient and dependable method for easy and faster communication. Commercial internet service providers are not 100% reliable and a failure by one or more of these providers may affect internet-based transaction, posting. You acknowledge that the online system is an electronic mechanical system and as such may be subject to failure beyond the control of KarmaBees.com. Therefore, KarmaBees.com shall not be responsible for errors, negligence, inability to execute transaction/postings, delays in execution/ transmission due to breakdown or failure of transmission or communication facilities, or to any other cause beyond KarmaBees.com’s control or anticipation.
User responsibility for taxes, tariffs and duties:
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all taxes, tariffs and duties that may be incurred as a result of any monetary transaction over KarmaBees.com. It is your responsibility to be aware and properly address any taxes, tariffs and duties to which you may be subject by any local, state and/ or federal governments. If You have any questions about taxes, tariffs and duties, you should consult a tax or other professional about your unique circumstances. KarmaBees.com does not represent to provide advice or recommendations about your specific taxes, tariffs and duties and any statements made by us are only for the purpose of raising issues for you to discuss with your tax or other professional.
Indemnification:
User/Member hereby agree to indemnify and keep KarmaBees.com indemnified from and against all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, personal injury, costs, charges and expenses, directly or indirectly, whatsoever (‘Losses’) which KarmaBees.com or its employees, agents, workers or representative may at any time incur, sustain, suffer or be put to as a consequence of or by reason of or arising out of:
The usage of the platform by the user.
By reason of
KarmaBees.com‘s acting in good faith and taking or refusing to take or omitting to take action on the User’s instructions, and in particular arising directly or indirectly out of the negligence, mistake or misconduct of the user.
By writing/posting/sharing any content (including word, image, video and audio) to cause harassment, defamation, any kind of loss or illness to other.
Breach or noncompliance of the
KarmaBees.com Policies, Terms and Conditions ; and/or.
Fraud or dishonesty relating to any transaction by the user.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, KarmaBees.com shall be under no liability whatsoever to the user in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of:
Effecting transaction based on instructions received from user.
The exercise by
KarmaBees.com of its right to terminate/exercise the facility/services provided on the platform.
Any injury to the credit, character and reputation of the user due to use of facility/services and actions against the user as per
KarmaBees.com Policies and Terms & Conditions.
Any misstatement, misrepresentation, error or omission in any details disclosed by
KarmaBees.com if it receives any process, summons, order, injunction, execution distrait, levy lien, information or notice which
KarmaBees.com in good faith believes/calls into question the user’s ability, or the ability of someone purporting to be authorised by the user, to transact or communicate over the platform,
KarmaBees.com may, at its option and without liability to the user or such other person, decline to allow the user to access
KarmaBees.com platform and take any other steps required by applicable law.
5. Additional provisions
We work constantly to improve our services and develop new features to make our Products & Services better for you and our community. As a result, we may need to update these Terms from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, by email or through our Products & Services) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Once any updated Terms are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use our Products & Services.
We hope that you will continue using our Products & Services, but if you do not agree to our updated Terms and no longer want to be a part of the KarmaBees community, you can close your account at any time.

Account suspension or termination
We want KarmaBees to be a place where people feel welcome and safe to express themselves and share their deeds, thoughts, stories, and events.
If we determine that you have clearly, seriously or repeatedly breached our Terms & Conditions or Policies, including in particular our standards, we may suspend or permanently disable access (inactive/close) to your account and such suspension or disabling of the account shall cease your right to access/ use/ transfer/ encash/ withdraw any points earned on
KarmaBees.com. We may also suspend or disable your account if required to do so by law. Where appropriate, we will notify you about your account the next time you try to access it.
If you delete or we disable your account, these Terms shall terminate as an agreement between you and us, but the following provisions will remain in place: 3, 4.2-4.5
We will use reasonable skill and care in providing our Products & Services to you and in keeping a safe, secure and error-free environment, but we can not guarantee that our Products & Services will always function without disruptions, delays or imperfections. Provided that we have acted with reasonable skill and care, we do not accept responsibility for: losses not caused by our breach of these Terms or otherwise by our acts; losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us at the time of entering into these Terms; any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content posted by others that you may encounter on our Products & Services; and events beyond our reasonable control.
The above does not exclude or limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our negligence. It also does not exclude or limit our liability for any other things where the law does not permit us to do so.
Our liability for anything happening on the service is limited to tendering an unconditional apology. You agree that we would not be responsible for any lost profits, revenues, reputation, information, or data or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive or incidental damages arising out of or related to these terms, even if we know they are possible. This includes how, when and under what circumstances we delete your content, information or account or forfeit points in your account on
KarmaBees.com.
In case any dispute or difference arises between you and us, the same shall be adjudicated before competent courts of law at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India alone. It is further agreed by you that you submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of law at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Laws of Republic of India as may be in force from time to time.

These Terms (formerly known as the statement of rights and responsibilities) make up the entire agreement between you and KarmaBees regarding your use of our Products & Services. They supersede any/and all prior agreements.

Some of the Products & Services we offer are also governed by supplemental Terms. If you use any of these Products & Services, you will be provided with an opportunity to agree to supplemental Terms that will become part of our agreement with you. For instance, if you access or use our Products & Services for commercial or business purposes, such as buying ads, selling Products & Services, developing apps, managing a group or Page for your business, or using our measurement services, you must agree to our Commercial Terms. If you post or share content containing music, you must comply with our music guidelines. To the extent that any supplemental Terms conflict with these Terms, the supplemental Terms shall govern to the extent of the conflict.
3.
If any portion of these Terms are held to be unenforceable by the competent Court of Law at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to enforce any of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver. Any amendment to or waiver of these Terms must be made in writing and signed by us.
4.
You will not transfer or assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else.
5.
These Terms do not confer any third-party beneficiary rights. All of our rights and obligations under these Terms are freely assignable by us in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.
6.
You should know that we may need to change the username for your account in certain circumstances (for example, if someone else claims the username and it appears unrelated to the name that you use in everyday life).
7.
We always appreciate your feedback and other suggestions about our Products & Services and services. But you should know that we may use them without any restriction or obligation to compensate you, and we are under no obligation to keep them confidential.
8.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
6. Payment policies
Once any point is earned by any member on site, those point/s shall be available to encash those points or withdraw into cash only after 3 days from the transaction date.
Further KarmaBees hold rights to put any member’s points on hold/cease if we find any irregularity/misconduct or any breach of KarmaBees Policies, Terms & Conditions while investigation is pending. Once it is established that such misconduct (as mentioned above) was done further actions could be taken including cancelling member’s account, informing other members and general public through social media, and any other suitable methods etc.
6.1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 3 working days
business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
7. Other Terms and Policies that may apply to you
Encashing Points : Any points earned on
KarmaBees.com shall not be available to use including encashing into money withdrawal or transfer to any other current or future member for 3 days from date of transaction..
Right to Approve : Any story/ event share by you shall be approved or disapproved by KarmaBees after reviewing all the available/provided or collected information/ evidences/ witnesses. KarmaBees holds the right to approve or disapprove in the reasonable time period as per the work load.
Standards : These guidelines outline our standards regarding the content that you post to KarmaBees and your activity on KarmaBees and other KarmaBees Products & Services.
Terms : These Terms apply if you also access or use our Products & Services for any commercial or business purpose, including advertising, operating an app on our platform, using our measurement services, managing a group or a page for a business or selling goods or services.
Advertising Policies : These Policies specify what types of ad content are allowed by partners who advertise across the KarmaBees Products & Services.
Self-Serve Ad Terms : These Terms apply when you use self-serve advertising interfaces to create, submit or deliver advertising or other commercial or sponsored activity or content.
Pages, Groups and Events Policy : These guidelines apply if you create or administer a KarmaBees page, group or event, or if you use KarmaBees to communicate or administer a promotion.
KarmaBees Platform Policy : These guidelines outline the Policies that apply to your use of our platform (for example, for developers or operators of a platform application or website or if you use social plugins).
Developer Payment Terms : These Terms apply to developers of applications that use KarmaBees payments.
Community Payment Terms : These Terms apply to payments made on or through KarmaBees.
Commerce Policies : These guidelines outline the Policies that apply when you offer Products & Services and services for sale on KarmaBees.
KarmaBees Brand Resources : These guidelines outline the Policies that apply to the use of KarmaBees trademarks, logos and screenshots.
